Discount Application:
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. All product prices displayed during the sale period reflect the discounted amount.

Sale pricing cannot be applied to orders placed prior to the promotion period. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for purchases made before the sale began.

Exclusions:
This promotion excludes the purchase of e-gift cards and sample packs.

Discount Codes:
This offer can’t be combined with other offers or discount codes. However, approved affiliate codes will still work during the sale.

Gift With Purchase:
Customers who spend $80 or more in a single transaction will automatically receive a free ice cube mould, which will appear in the cart once the qualifying amount is met. No code or manual action is required. The gift must be visible in the cart at the time of checkout to be included in the order. Gifts cannot be added retrospectively after an order is placed.

For customers who spend $120 or more, a pop-up will appear at checkout allowing them to select one free hat from the available styles: “Always Late” or “Reason We Are Late”.

Only one hat can be selected per qualifying order. To receive both styles, a second qualifying purchase is required. Pop-ups must be enabled in the customer’s browser to access the hat selection. The Krumbled Group is not responsible for missed selections due to disabled pop-ups.

All GWP items are strictly limited and available while stocks last. Once allocated inventory is exhausted, GWP offers will no longer be available, even if the qualifying spend is met. In the event that a GWP item is oversold, it will not be fulfilled and no substitute product or credit will be offered.

Limit one of each free gift per qualifying transaction. If multiple GWP items are added to the cart manually or through cart manipulation, any additional items will be removed from the order prior to fulfilment.

Mid-Sale Offers & Prizes:
Additional offers or giveaways may be announced during the sale period, including but not limited to: Spot prizes for random orders, Social media giveaways & Flash promotions.

Eligibility, entry details, and prize allocation for each offer will be shared on our social media channels or via email. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit. The Krumbled Group reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Order Refund Promotions:
To celebrate the launch of our EOFY Sale, the first 10 orders placed after the website reopens at 11am AEST on 18th June will be fully refunded. No codes or entry required.

In addition, selected customers may be eligible to have their entire order refunded as part of a surprise promotional activation during the sale period. Winners will be chosen at random and notified using the contact details provided with their order.

Order Dispatch & Shipping:
Please expect delays during peak sale periods due to increased order volumes. While we strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, extended processing and delivery times may occur.

To ensure fast and efficient fulfilment during the sale period, we are unable to cancel, modify, or add items to orders once they have been placed. If you wish to purchase additional items, a new order will need to be submitted.
