Here's what you need

2 heaped tablespoons of Vanilla Inner + Outer Beauty Collagen Peptides 
1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of milk of choice (we love almond or coconut)
Tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of ice

Here's how to make it

1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. 
2. Serve in your favourite smoothie cup and enjoy.
