All of our Beauty Bites® are stored in our temperature controlled warehouses across VIC, NSW & WA. Once your order leaves our facility, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. While we have our warehouses placed across Australia to reduce the transit time, standard delivery is by road and your order can spend time in a truck or overnight in a depot.



If you receive your order and the Beauty Bites® are a little softer than usual, pop them either in the fridge or in a cool place to let them firm up. Thanks to extensive research and development, your product will not be ruined and the efficacy of the ingredients will still stay intact, although they may not hold the complete bar shape.
