The Muscle Relief Roll On was born after founder Keira Rumble experienced the worst restless legs and muscle cramps during her pregnancy with son Hunter in 2020. She couldn’t find anything to alleviate the discomfort or to stop the cramps in their tracks and was barely sleeping, so Keira decided to formulate a product that actually worked.
After putting it to the test during her second pregnancy with Goldie, the Muscle Relief Roll On has officially arrived. The Muscle Relief Roll On will also be useful in your postpartum period, when you’re on the go (or carrying your baby and kiddies around all day) and your body is feeling exhausted after bed and bathtime.
Note: the Muscle Relief Roll On is designed to provide a significant cooling effect due to the inclusion of Menthol. This helps to almost “trick” your body into not feeling the restless leg sensation and cramping sensation.
As with any topical product, we recommend conducting a patch test prior to full application to ensure compatibility with your skin.

Silidine®: Derived from Red Micro-alga, this key ingredient is clinically proven to improve vascular tone and enhance circulation, effectively reducing symptoms of heavy legs, restless legs, leg swelling and cramping.
Arnica Extract: Provides relief from pain, stimulates blood flow and helps accelerate the recovery of muscles.

We tried very hard to include magnesium in this formulation! After many iterations, it was clear that menthol and magnesium when combined are not as effective when used together as they negate each other.
We chose menthol over magnesium in our formulation because menthol effectively triggers a cooling sensation that can quickly soothe and distract from the discomfort associated with restless legs, heavy legs, and cramps. Menthol works primarily by activating TRPM8 receptors, which are cold-sensitive channels on nerve cells. This produces a cooling sensation that can distract from the discomfort or pain associated with restless legs, heavy legs, and cramps, which can help to temporarily alleviate the perception of pain. Additionally, menthol provides a rapid response, making it particularly useful for immediate relief, whereas magnesium's muscle relaxation effects might not address the acute sensations as quickly. And we all know, when faced with sudden cramps at night, we want fast action!
Yes absolutely, this product was designed with pregnant women in mind to assist with discomfort during pregnancy.
The Muscle Relief Roll on causes quite an intense cooling sensation, while it is “safe” it is very dependent on your child, we wouldn’t recommend this on infants or toddlers purely as they will probably not like the cooling sensation!
As with any product for your skin, we recommend applying a small patch test first prior to putting on a large area of your skin.

There is no need to rinse this off, we have used ingredients that will help moisturise and nourish your skin. Wash hands after applying if you need. Avoid contact with eyes - if applying on your temples to help with a tension headache please avoid your eye area.
Our roll bottle is biodegradable (please just remove the ball part and recycle). Based on extensive testing and independent laboratory trials, this biodegradable packaging will completely deteriorate in landfill in an estimated 6-10 years. Not only will it break down all commercial packaging resins, it also leaves no microplastics behind.

This pregnancy has been a wild ride for me compared to my first, so many symptoms I never experienced especially restless legs and calf cramping overnight. Prior to trying to muscle relief roll on I added high strength magnesium supps and a magnesium balm into my nightly routine and although the restless legs settled the cramps were still occurring 1-2 times a night roughly 4-5 nights of the week. I hated bedtime.
3 days into using the roll on I noticed a significant drop in the cramps, they were less intense and some nights non existent, I’m mind blown! I also love the cooling effect it has on my legs, it’s very relaxing now being 34 weeks pregnant.

Yes yes I have been applying it every night and it has tremulously helped my restless legs! I am getting 10hours sleep a night when compared to last pregnancy I couldn’t sleep as my legs were so restless. I also apply it to my back I’m unsure if I’m suppose to but it really helps relax my back also! It’s a life saver this pregnancy and I will be purchasing more!
