Refund policy

Krumbled Foods Pty Ltd will only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages.

Krumbled Foods Pty Ltd will not accept returns or refunds for 'change of mind' once a purchase has been made.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you do not like the taste or texture of a product. Everyone’s taste preferences are different, and while we work hard to create products that our customers love, this does not fall under a faulty or damaged product claim. 

Any customer who is concerned their product is damage, faulty or missing items can contact us via our contact us page to discuss a resolution. All return requests must email orders@krumbled.com within 48 hours of receiving their order.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we kindly request the following:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging as received

  • A brief description of the issue

Please do not discard the product or packaging until we’ve had a chance to review and resolve your claim. We’re unable to process replacements without photographic proof, and decisions will be made based on the evidence provided.


Order Editing 

Once your order has been placed, you have 60 minutes to update your shipping address or add additional items using the link in your order confirmation email. Our Customer Support team is unable to make these changes on your behalf, so please use the link provided within the 60-minute window. After this time, your order is automatically transferred to our dispatch software for processing, where it is locked and can no longer be amended.

Please note that the 60-minute edit window only allows you to update your shipping address or add items to your order. It does not allow you to cancel your order, remove items, swap products, reduce your order value, or request a partial refund before dispatch.

Due to the limited-edition nature of this item, and because 100% of profits are donated, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or faulty.

The adults tee is extremely oversized by design. We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully and not sizing up. If you're unsure, we suggest sizing down for a more standard fit.

The kids tee is a regular fit rather than an oversized shape. We recommend ordering your child's usual size, or sizing up for a more relaxed, oversized look.

Discounts & Promotions

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed. If you forget to enter a code at checkout, we’re unable to refund the difference after the purchase is completed.

Discount codes also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one discount code may be used per order, per checkout.
