Collagen is made up of amino acids that are the 'building blocks' of protein. It is the body's most abundant structural protein and helps to support the integrity of skin, bones, cartliage, tendons and blood veseels.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, found in connective tissues including skin, bones, cartilage, tendons and ligaments. It plays an important role in providing structure, strength and flexibility throughout the body.

From our mid-twenties, natural collagen production gradually declines, which is a normal part of ageing. This is why including collagen as part of your diet can become increasingly relevant over time.
Studies suggest that intakes of 3.5g or more of bovine collagen per day are commonly used in research exploring skin-related outcomes.
We use hydrolysed collagen peptides in our Beauty Bites, where the collagen has been broken down into smaller components. This allows it to be easily absorbed by the body and makes it a simple addition to your everyday diet.

Our Founder Keira comes from a family of coeliac's and lives a gluten free lifestyle so this was pretty important for her!
No soy-containing ingredients are processed in our facility. Some ingredients are sourced from suppliers who may handle soy in their facilities.
Not at all! Store in a cool dry place, of direct sunlight and below 25 degrees. Handbags, kitchen cupboards, work desks & wardrobes are all fine!
However, if you live in a particularly hot or humid area, it may be best to put them in the fridge for piece of mind.
