Mixed Berry Yoghurt Bark

This one is sure to satisfy the tastebuds for the whole family. It's a delicious combination of Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides, protein packed greek yoghurt, and some tasty (+ healthy too) toppers make this one a super sweet success.

Here's what you need

2 heaped tablespoons of Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides
1 bowl of plain Greek Yoghurt

Toppings
Fresh berries (we love raspberry and blueberry) 
2 tablespoons of granola 
A drizzle of your favourite chocolate (melted of course) 

Here's how to make it

  1. Combine the Collagen Peptides and greek yoghurt in a bowl and stir until well combined. 
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and pour in the yoghurt mixture. 
  3. Top with fresh berries of choice, for extra berry-vicious vibes.
  4. Sprinkle with granola and drizzle melted chocolate.
  5. Pop in the freezer (or fridge) to set for at least 3 hours 
  6. Once its set, cute up and enjoy for a healthy snack for yourself (or share with your family and friends).
