You Will Need:
• 3 tbsp gluten free flour
• 3 tbsp coconut sugar
• 2 tbsp chocolate collagen peptides
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp milk of choice
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp choc chips or chopped dark chocolate
• Whipped cream, to serve
• Strawberries, to serve
How To Make It:

In a microwave safe mug, add the flour, coconut sugar, chocolate collagen peptides and salt. Stir to combine.

Add the melted butter, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

Fold through the choc chips or chopped dark chocolate.

Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, or until the cake is set but still soft in the centre.
