Formulated with:
Magnesium + sodium + potassium: magnesium supports electrolyte balance and nerve and muscle function.
Methylated Folate & Vitamin B6: containing a bioavailable source of folate alongside vitamin B6, nutrients involved in energy metabolism and general wellness.
Vitamin C: helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and support immunity.
Zero sugar, no artificial colours, full of flavour. The Hydramama range offers clean, refreshing hydration support.

Magnesium supports electrolyte balance, as well as nerve and muscle function. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports psychological function.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to energy metabolism, immune system function, and connective tissue function. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, red blood cell formation, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
Bioavailable Methylated Folate
Contains bioavailable folate (50µg per serve, 25% RDI). Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal blood formation, and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Formulated beverage when made up as per instruction. This product should be consumed alongside a nutritious diet. Store below 25°C in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar substitute found in fruits, vegetables and fermented foods. We chose it because it has no aftertaste, a low glycaemic index, and a good digestive tolerance compared to other sugar substitutes. It's what keeps Hydramama sugar-free without compromising on taste.
Yes. Hydramama is 100% vegan-friendly, formulated without any animal-derived ingredients and completely plant-based.
Yes. Hydramama is gluten-free, dairy-free and made with natural colours and flavours.
We recommend up to 4 sachets per day as part of your daily fluid intake. Mix each sachet into 250–600mL of water and adjust to suit your taste preference. As with any food or drink, if you have specific health concerns or questions about your fluid intake during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we always recommend checking in with your midwife or healthcare professional.
