Mama Bites contain less than 3g of naturally occurring sugar per serve. In conjunction with a healthy and balanced diet, these are suitable for women who have gestational and/or diabetes.
There is no real limit for how many Mama Bites you can eat a day. However we recommend to start off with 1-3 a day.
