What is inside?
• Magnesium glycinate a bioavailable form of magnesium to relax your muscles and nervous system.
• Amino acids L-theanine & L-tryptophan
• Calming botanicals lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile

Mix 2.5 tablespoons (20g) into 250mL of boiling water. Best consumed 1 hour before bed.

As a hot beverage: Mix 2.5 tablespoons (20g) into 50mL of boiling water. Top with 200mL of warm milk of choice and enjoy. Best consumed 1 hour before bed.

As an cold beverage: Mix 2.5 tablespoons (20g) into 50mL of boiling water. Top with 200mL of cold milk of choice, add ice and enjoy. Best consumed 1 hour before bed.

Magnesium Hot Chocolate is a formulated beverage when prepared as directed, made in accordance with the Food Standards Code (FSANZ) for Australia and New Zealand. It is intended to be enjoyed alongside a balanced diet.

Yes!
This is my (good) time out. Its warm delicious cinnamon blend is as good as any chai, plus it has the added benefit of magnesium, chamomile and all the other thoughtful natural ingredients. This is definitely a treat that I wish I had the money to buy on repeat, but for now, a special time out will do! P.S. the hot chocolate blend is delicious and creamy as well!
