Our Magnesium Hot Chocolate is a carefully crafted blend of magnesium, amino acids and botanicals, designed to be enjoyed as part of your wind-down routine. Blended with rich cacao for a delicious hot or cold drink to savour when the day winds down and the kids are in bed.

What is inside? • Magnesium glycinate a bioavailable form of magnesium to relax your muscles and nervous system. • Amino acids L-theanine & L-tryptophan • Calming botanicals lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile
Mix 2.5 tablespoons (20g) into 250mL of water.
As a hot chocolate: Mix 2.5 tablespoons (20g) into 50mL of boiling water. Top with 200mL of warm milk of choice and enjoy.
As an iced chocolate: Mix 2.5 tablespoons (20g) into 50mL of boiling water. Top with 200mL of cold milk of choice, add ice and enjoy.
Magnesium Hot Chocolate is a formulated beverage when prepared as directed, made in accordance with the Food Standards Code (FSANZ) for Australia and New Zealand. It is intended to be enjoyed alongside a balanced diet.

Formulated beverage when made up as per instructions. This product should be consumed alongside a nutritious diet. Store below 25°C in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Ok….so this actually works?! My first sip of this Chocolate Spa in a Cup was of an afternoon after a very busy caffeinated morning. I was feeling quite over stimulated but within 20 minutes my body was at peace! Jitters gone, slow heart rate and calm was gifted to me. The change was so drastic that I stopped in my tracks and wondered how it was possible that I was feeling this relaxed. I had actually forgotten I had drunk the Magnesium Hot Chocolate and then realised this must have been the culprit! This is no ordinary hot beverage this is an Elixar!!!
