• 1 espresso shot
• ¾ cup of milk of choice
• 2 tbsp Krumbled Foods Vanilla Collagen Peptides
• ½ frozen banana (creamy + naturally sweet)
• ¼ cup coconut yogurt
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• Ice cubes
• 1 tbsp of sweetener to taste (honey or maple), optional
