Keira's Health Hacks for 2025

Now is the perfect time to knuckle down and create some healthy habits for the year ahead. You don't need a complete overhaul (or the overwhelm that comes with it), some simple swaps or changes to your existing routine is a great place to start. Here's six new habits I'm committing to, to welcome in 2025.

Better Sleep Hygiene

I love to sleep to brown or white noise, and use a silk eye mask to help me enter into a deep and restful sleep (which doesn't always happen with two tiny humans in the household). But these practices help me to enter my sleep environment ready for rest.

Swap the Social Scroll for Stillness

While I'm guilty of a deep TikTok dive, limiting screen time after dinner (or bath time if you have children) will help the mind to unwind and detach from the sometimes endless consumption of content on your phone.

Try Mouth Taping

Mouth taping is a simple nightly habit that encourages nose breathing, which can improve sleep quality, reduce snoring, and even support glowing skin. I'm giving it a go for 30 days—stay tuned to see if it transforms my routine.

Smarter Snacking

Choosing the right types of snacks is super important. By shopping smart, making mindful decisions, and being aware of the nutritional value of the food you consume, you can easily integrate healthier habits into your snack game.

Simple, Nutritious Meals

As a busy mum, this is a big on for means will help keep the week running smoothly. Find a time that works for you to prep your meals (think make big batches of pesto, chia puddings, baked beans, cook double and freeze). Stay ahead with meals that the whole family feel good from the inside out.

Simple, Effective Skincare

It can feel easy to jump into bed without doing your nightly skincare after a busy day. We get it! I'm all about simple, effective skincare that fits easily into my daily routine.
