Sweet dreams start here. These homemade Chocolate Gummy Snakes are made with creamy coconut, gut-loving gelatine, and our Magnesium Hot Chocolate for a fun bedtime treat.
Perfect for little ones who’d happily swap a warm drink for a sweet snack before bed, with magnesium to help them unwind naturally.
You Will Need
• 1 can coconut cream
• 4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp Krumbled Foods Magnesium Hot Chocolate
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 1/3 cup water
How To Make It
-
In a small mixing bowl, sprinkle gelatine on top of 1/4 cup of water and allow it to bloom.
-
In a small saucepan, heat the coconut cream, mag hot choc powder, maple syrup and cacao, whisking to combine all ingredients. Don't let it come to a boil.
-
Remove from heat and whisk through bloomed gelatine until well combined and no clumps are left.
-
Using a syringe, fill snake or gummy moulds using your chocolate liquid.
-
Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours then remove from moulds and store in an airtight container.
Notes
