You Will Need
Filling
• 2 cups Medjool dates
• 1 1/2 cups Puffed Quinoa
• 2 tablespoons Almond Pecan Butter
• 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• Pinch of salt
Chocolate Top
• 150g Milk Choc Buttons
• 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
How to make it

Soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes. Then drain.

Combine dates, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla essence and salt in a food processor until smooth.

Fold in Puffed Quinoa.

Press mixture into silicone slice moulds (or line tray with baking paper if using a baking tray).

Melt Milk Choc buttons and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a non stick saucepan on low until all melted. Pour and spread evenly.

Refrigerate until firm.
