Too much chocolate and not enough hydration this Easter? These Blackcurrant Hydramama Gummies are a sweet little snack with a nourishing twist. Bursting with electrolytes and essential nutrients like Vitamin C, they’re perfect for lunch boxes, weekend adventures, or a post egg hunt pick me up.
Made with real juice and gut-friendly gelatin, they’re easy to whip up and even easier to enjoy. Think of them as Easter treats, minus the sugar crash.
You will need:
• 2 heaped tablespoons of gelatin powder
• 100ml apple blackcurrant juice
• 1 sachet Blackcurrant Hydramama
• 200ml boiling water
How to make it:
- Add apple blackcurrant juice, gelatin and Hydramama to a jug and mix well with a fork or hand mixer.
- Add boiling water and mix again until combined.
- Pour mixture into greased silicone moulds (we used coconut oil to grease our moulds).
- Pour mixture into moulds and leave in the fridge to set for 4hrs minimum.
