Too much chocolate and not enough hydration this Easter? These Hydramama Gummies are a sweet little snack with a nourishing twist. They’re perfect for lunch boxes, weekend adventures, or a post egg hunt pick me up.
Made with hydramama and gut-friendly gelatin, they’re easy to whip up and even easier to enjoy. Think of them as Easter treats, minus the sugar crash.
You will need:
• 300 ml water
• 2 sachets Hydramama flavour of choice
• 2 tbsp gelatin
How to make it:
- Bloom the gelatin with ¼ cup of water in a small bowl.
- Gently heat the remaining water in a saucepan and whisk in the Hydramama.
- Take off the heat, add the bloomed gelatin and whisk until completely dissolved.
- Transfer to silicone moulds and chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
