Blackcurrant Easter Gummies

Too much chocolate and not enough hydration this Easter? These Blackcurrant Hydramama Gummies are a sweet little snack with a nourishing twist. Bursting with electrolytes and essential nutrients like Vitamin C, they’re perfect for lunch boxes, weekend adventures, or a post egg hunt pick me up.

Made with real juice and gut-friendly gelatin, they’re easy to whip up and even easier to enjoy. Think of them as Easter treats, minus the sugar crash.

 

You will need:

• 2 heaped tablespoons of gelatin powder
• 100ml apple blackcurrant juice
• 1 sachet Blackcurrant Hydramama
• 200ml boiling water

 

How to make it:

  1. Add apple blackcurrant juice, gelatin and Hydramama to a jug and mix well with a fork or hand mixer.
  2. Add boiling water and mix again until combined.
  3. Pour mixture into greased silicone moulds (we used coconut oil to grease our moulds).
  4. Pour mixture into moulds and leave in the fridge to set for 4hrs minimum.
