Blackcurrant Hydramama Jelly Cups

A better-for-you twist on the childhood classic 'Frog in a Pond'. These electrolyte-packed jelly cups are made with Blackcurrant Hydramama and topped with a no added sugar chocolate heart perfect for lunchboxes or weekend treats.

PS: make it your own by swapping Blackcurrant for your favourite Hydramama flavour.

You will Need:

• 500ml boiling water
• 2 tsp gelatin powder
• 2–3 sachets Blackcurrant Hydramama
• 100g Krumbled Foods No Added Sugar Milk Choc Buttons

How to make it:

  1. Mix the Jelly
Combine boiling water, gelatin powder and Hydramama in a jug. Stir well until everything is fully dissolved.

  2. Set
Pour the mixture evenly between small cups or jars. Transfer to the fridge and allow to set completely (around 2–3 hours).

  3. Make the Chocolate Hearts
While the jelly sets, melt the chocolate buttons over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone moulds and refrigerate until firm.

  4. Assemble
Once the jelly is fully set, cut a small slit into the top of each cup and gently press a chocolate heart into place.
