Mango & Coconut Weis-Style Bars

Bring summer vibes to your freezer with these wholefood Weis bars featuring Tropical Hydramama. Creamy, refreshing, and naturally nourishing, they’re made with real fruit and electrolytes for the ultimate gut-friendly pick-me-up. A wholesome treat that doubles as hydration, perfect for both kids and adults.

 

You Will Need

Fruit Layer

• 2 large ripe mangoes (about 2 cups flesh or about 350g frozen mango)

• 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to fruit sweetness)

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 sachet Tropical Hydramama

Coconut Creamy Layer

• 1 ½ cups full-fat coconut cream (from a can, chilled)

• 2 tbsp vanilla collagen peptides

• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of sea salt

 

How To Make It

  1. Blend mango flesh, lemon juice, sweetener, and Hydramama until silky smooth.
    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. In silicone ice cream bar molds, spoon in a layer of mango mix. Set in the freezer for 2 hours and then pour on the coconut cream layer.
  4. Freeze for 6+ hours or ideally overnight.
  5. Pop out of molds and let sit for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.

 

Notes & Variations

• Berry Weis Bar Vibe: Swap mango for mixed berries + use Mixed Berry Collagen for a double hit.

• Extra Nourishment: Blend 2 tbsp soaked cashews into the cream layer for more protein and body.
