How to use

Cold Therapy:
Place pack in freezer for 2+ hours or in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.
Slip pack into the sleeve and place on the area in need. Apply for 20 minutes and wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

Heat Therapy:
Submerge pack in hot water or microwave for up to 20 seconds. Heat in 5-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
Slip pack into the sleeve and place on the area in need. Apply for 20 minutes and wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

Product Handling

Not dishwasher safe.
Wash with warm soapy water.
Overheating may damage gel bead packs.
Do not ingest.
Do not use on open wounds.
Use under adult supervision.
Discard if gel pack is punctured.

I absolutely love these Boobie Packs! I purchased them to help support my breastfeeding journey, and they have been incredible. I was really particular when looking for the right ones and spent ages comparing so many different options, but nothing seemed quite right until I found these!
The shape and fit are fantastic, they mould really well and hold their cooling temperature for a good amount of time. I also love the cover – it adds such a lovely luxury feel and makes them even nicer to use. So many other options I looked at didn't even come with a cover, let alone one that feels so well thought out and custom-fitted.
And the colour is just gorgeous too! I'm so happy I found these. You can really tell the thought that has gone into the design, and they've been such a wonderful addition to my breastfeeding journey. Couldn't recommend them enough!
