Cold Therapy:
Place pack in freezer for 2+ hours or in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.
Slip pack into the sleeve and place on the area in need. Apply for 20 minutes and wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.

Submerge pack in hot water or microwave for up to 20 seconds. Heat in 5-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
