For our chocolate loving girlies, we’ve combined our Chocolate Collagen Peptides with our Triple Choc Chip Beauty Bites to create the ultimate fudgy collagen brownies — they're rich, gooey, delicious.


It makes for the perfect Valentine's dessert if you ask us!

 

You will need:

• 75g plain flour

• 50g cacao powder

• 150g melting chocolate

• 150g melted butter

• 2 scoops Krumbled Foods Chocolate Collagen Peptides

• 3 eggs

• 1 tbs vanilla extract

• 3 tbs coconut sugar

• 1 Triple Choc Beauty Bite cut into pieces

 

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease a small silicon mould and set aside.

  2. Melt chocolate melts and butter together, then add to a mixing bowl. Add the cacao powder and Collagen Peptides and combine well. 

  3. Add eggs and whisk until combined.

  4. Add coconut sugar, vanilla extract, Beauty Bites and stir.

  5. Pour into the mould and bake for 25-30 mins. Once cooked through, leave on a rack to cool.
