1. Sale Period

The EOFY Sale begins at 12:00pm AEST on 24 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026, unless stock is exhausted prior.

Krumbled Group PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Offer Details

During the sale period, customers will receive 20% off sitewide across all brands within The Krumbled Group, including Krumbled Foods, Mini+Me, and Habitual Beauty.

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. No discount code is required. All product prices displayed during the sale period reflect the discounted amount.

3. Exclusions

The following are excluded from this promotion and are not eligible for discount:

E-gift cards & Sample packs

Sample packs will be temporarily removed from the website for the duration of the sale. These products are already discounted and are excluded from all sitewide promotions at all times.

4. Discount Codes & Offer Stacking

This promotion cannot be combined with any other active offers or discount codes.

Approved affiliate codes remain valid during the sale period and may be applied in place of the automatic sitewide discount.

5. Gift With Purchase

Limited Gift With Purchase offers are available during the sale period while stocks last. GWP items are automatically added to eligible orders at checkout and require no code.

The following GWP tiers apply during the EOFY 2026 Sale:

Spend $100 or more: Receive one FREE ‘Overstimulated’ cap (valued at $50 AUD).

Spend $140 or more: Receive one FREE box of the NEW Mystery Hydramama flavour, 30 sachets (valued at $39.99 AUD).

GWP availability is subject to stock. If the GWP does not appear in your cart prior to placing your order, the allocation for that tier has been exhausted.

The Krumbled Group is unable to add GWP items retroactively to orders placed after stock has been exhausted, and no exceptions will be made.

GWPs are not eligible for exchange or credit and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Krumbled Group reserves the right to substitute any GWP with an item of equal or greater value if required.

6. Order Refund Promotion, First 20 Customers

The first twenty (20) valid orders placed after the sale goes live at 12:00pm AEST on 24 June 2026 will be eligible for a full order refund.

The following conditions apply to the Refund Promotion:

Eligibility is determined solely by order sequence at the time of confirmed checkout. Orders are not eligible based on cart creation time or session start time.

Winners will be announced on The Krumbled Group’s social media channels once confirmed. Please do not contact our customer service team to enquire about your eligibility.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation.

The Krumbled Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any order prior to processing a refund.

This promotion is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit in lieu of a refund.

7. Mid-Sale Offers & Activations

Additional offers, activations, or giveaways may be announced during the sale period at the discretion of The Krumbled Group.

These may include, but are not limited to:

- Spot prizes for randomly selected orders

- Social media giveaways

- Flash promotions

Eligibility criteria, entry details, and prize allocation for each mid-sale activation will be communicated via The Krumbled Group’s social media channels and/or email.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit. The Krumbled Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

8. Order Modifications, Cancellations & Address Accuracy

Due to the high volume of orders processed during the sale period, The Krumbled Group is unable to cancel orders or remove items from an order once it has been placed.

Customers have a sixty (60) minute window following checkout to add items to an existing order. After this period, the order is locked and no further modifications can be made. To purchase additional items after this window, a new order must be placed.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their shipping address and order details are correct prior to checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed, The Krumbled Group is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend affected orders.

9. Pre- and Post-Sale Pricing

Sale pricing applies exclusively to orders placed during the live sale window (12:00pm AEST 24 June 2026 to 11:59pm AEST 30 June 2026).

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after this period. No price adjustments or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

10. Order Dispatch & Shipping

Extended processing and delivery times are to be expected during peak sale periods due to increased order volumes. While The Krumbled Group endeavours to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, delays may occur.

A dispatch confirmation email including tracking details will be sent once your order has been picked and dispatched.

Carrier delays are outside of The Krumbled Group’s control and cannot be expedited once an order has left the warehouse.

11. Returns & Exchanges

Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies during the sale period. Please refer to the Refund Policy published on the applicable brand website for full details.

GWP items and promotional gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

12. Customer Service Response Times

Our team will be responding to all enquiries as promptly as possible during the sale period.

Due to the significantly increased volume of inbound messages, please allow 3–5 business days for a response.

All enquiries are addressed in the order they are received. Sending follow-up messages or direct social media enquiries will not expedite your response.

We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

13. General Conditions

By placing an order during the EOFY 2026 Sale, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
