How do I make up my Hydramama?
Mix one sachet (8g) into 250-600mL of cold water. Enjoy as required. Suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children, following advice from your healthcare professional.
Where is Hydramama made?
Hydramama is made in Australia, in the Krumbled Group warehouse on the Central Coast in NSW.
How many Hydramama’s can I have per day?
We recommend up to 4 sachets per day as part of your daily fluid intake. Mix each sachet into 250–600mL of water and adjust to suit your taste preference.

As with any food or drink, if you have specific health concerns or questions about your fluid intake during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we always recommend checking in with your midwife or healthcare professional.
