The promoter is The Krumbled Group Pty Ltd (ABN 22 621 214 784), operating under the brands Krumbled Foods, Mini+Me, and Habitual Beauty. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Apple, or any other external platform or brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years or over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of The Krumbled Group and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the promoter, which are final.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on Monday November 3, 2025 and closes on Sunday November 9, 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must supply their name, email address and phone number via the official giveaway form.

Bonus entries may be gained by completing additional actions, such as following participating brand accounts on social media, sharing the giveaway, tagging friends, or similar actions as outlined on the social posts.

Only one (1) primary entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or false details will be disqualified.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any item in the prize pack with an item of equal or less value due to stock availability, changes in retail price, or brand partnerships.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated draw. The draw will take place on Monday November 10, 2025. Winners will be notified by email or phone (using the contact information provided during entry).

If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, a redraw may occur.

Winners may be announced on Krumbled Foods', Mini + Me’s, and Habitual Beauty’s official social media accounts.

7. Shipping & Fulfilment

Prizes will be shipped free of charge to Australian addresses only.

The Krumbled Group is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during shipping.

8. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to their name, email and phone number being collected and used by The Krumbled Group for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

Participants will also be added to our marketing list and can unsubscribe at any time.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties.

9. General Conditions

The Krumbled Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Krumbled Group reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice, subject to regulatory approval.

10. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that if they win, their first name and state/territory may be published on our website and/or social media channels. The winner may also be invited to share a testimonial or photo, but participation in promotional activity is not mandatory.

The promoter is not responsible for:
