You Will Need:
• 2 tbsp Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides
• 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
• 1/2 cup water (divided)
• 1 tsp lemon juice
How To Make It:

Sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cold water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom.

Heat remaining water and collagen peptides gently over medium heat, stirring to dissolve peptides

Take the pan off the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.

Pour into silicone molds or a lined glass dish and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, until firm.

Pop out of molds or cut into squares, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes: Lightly brush the molds with coconut oil for easy release and extra shine.
