You Will Need:
• 300 ml water
• 2 sachets Mixed Berry Hydramama
• 2 tbsp gelatin
How To Make It:
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over ¼ cup of water in a small bowl.
- Warm the remaining water in a saucepan, then whisk in the Mixed Berry Hydramama until fully dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and whisk through the bloomed gelatin until smooth.
- Pour into silicone moulds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
