Hydramama was made for every season of life that asks something of your body. Whether you're navigating the early days of postpartum, getting back into a routine, or just trying to drink more water on a busy day, Hydramama fits right in.
Mix one sachet (8g) into 250-600mL of cold water. Enjoy as required. Suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children, following advice from your healthcare professional.
Water is one of the most essential nutrients your body needs, and it's one of the easiest things to forget when life gets busy. Most of us simply don't drink enough of it every day, and that's where having a drink you actually enjoy makes all the difference. Hydramama is here to make reaching for your water bottle a little more appealing.
Hydramama is made in Australia, in the Krumbled Group warehouse on the Central Coast in NSW.
We recommend up to 4 sachets per day as part of your daily fluid intake. Mix each sachet into 250–600mL of water and adjust to suit your taste preference.

Absolutely. Hydramama is designed to support and compliment your pre-natal vitamins, not to replace them. As always, chat to your care provider if you have any concerns.
