Efficient, quick hydration
Helps to combat nausea and replenish energy levels
Vitamin C is vital for both mama and bub during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery, we chose to use a fruit-based ascorbic acid which is very quick absorbing.
Vitamin B6 is often prescribed for treating nausea and vomiting (those head in the bowl moments) and is a key ingredient in our formulation. We use a water soluble form of vitamin B6 called Pryidoxine Hydrochoride.
Methyl Folate Calcium (Methylated Folate) a form of folate which can be absorbed by everyone. This one is great for bub, their brain and spine whilst growing in your belly.

Received my hydramama cola flavour this week and it has been had to stop drinking it because it taste so good. Love the fact that it is sugar free with all the benefits. Since starting my breastfeeding journey it has been hard to stay hydrated; it was important for myself to find a drink that tastes good but doesn’t have lots of sugar in it. The cola flavour is so refreshing and I feel good drinking it. I can’t wait to try the lemonade flavour.

Omgggg so I haven't had cola since I was a lil kid! Having THIS took me back!! Add a shot of whiskey and you got Whiskey & Coke! Hehe I can't tolerate fizzy drinks anymore so this curbs the cola cravings baby!! Well done Team!!
