Sale Terms & Conditions

Sale Period:
The Krumbled Black Friday Sale begins on 11:00am AEDT 25 November 2025 and ends on 1 December 2025.


Changes to the Offer:
The Krumbled Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.


Offer Details:
25% off sitewide across all brands within The Krumbled Group (Krumbled Foods, Mini+Me, and Habitual Beauty).


Discount Application:
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. All product prices displayed during the sale period reflect the discounted amount.

Sale pricing cannot be applied to orders placed prior to the promotion period. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for purchases made before the sale began.

We are also unable to apply discounts or offer price adjustments to any orders placed after the sale has ended, regardless of timing or circumstances.


Discount Codes:
This offer can’t be combined with other offers or discount codes. However, approved affiliate codes will still work during the sale.


Mid-Sale Offers & Prizes:
Additional offers or giveaways may be announced during the sale period, including but not limited to: Spot prizes for random orders, Social media giveaways & Flash promotions.


Eligibility, entry details, and prize allocation for each offer will be shared on our social media channels or via email. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit. The Krumbled Group reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.


Gift With Purchase (GWP):
From time to time, we may offer limited Gift With Purchase promotions during the sale. These gifts are available only while stocks last and will be automatically added to eligible orders at checkout.


If you do not see the GWP in your cart before placing your order, it means allocation has been exhausted.

In the rare case your order processes after allocation has been exhausted, the gift will not be included and we won’t be able to offer a replacement. We really appreciate your understanding and recommend checking out early to avoid missing out.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add gifts retroactively, even if you qualified during the time of your order. No exceptions.


Some gifts may have minimum spend or product requirements. These will be clearly outlined on the marketing asset as well as our terms & conditions page. GWPs are not eligible for exchange or credit and are not redeemable for cash.


Order Details & Address Errors:
Please double-check your shipping address and order details. Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, we are unable to amend, cancel, or combine orders once placed.


If an incorrect address or product is entered, and the order has already been processed, we are unable to make any edits.

We are not liable for lost or delayed deliveries. In this case, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.


Order Dispatch & Shipping:
Please expect delays during peak sale periods due to increased order volumes. While we strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, extended processing and delivery times may occur.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Carrier delays are completely outside of our control and we can not speed up delivery once it leaves our warehouse, which means you will also need to allow for any postal delays due to the increase in items shipped for the Holiday period.

To ensure fast and efficient fulfilment during the sale period, we are unable to cancel, modify, or add items to orders once they have been placed. If you wish to purchase additional items, a new order will need to be submitted.


Exclusions:
This promotion excludes the purchase of e-gift cards and sample packs.

Sample packs will be temporarily removed from the website for the duration of the sale and are not eligible for discount or inclusion in promotional offers. These items are already discounted and are always excluded from all sitewide promotions.


Returns & Exchanges:
Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies during sale periods. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.


Customer Service Response Times:
Our small but mighty team will be working hard to get back to every enquiry during BFCM. Due to the increased volume, please allow extra time for a response.


We know this can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and kindness during this busy time. Every message is read and responded to in the order it’s received.


Website Lock Prior to Sale Launch
To prepare for the Black Friday sale launch, our website will be temporarily locked at 9:00am AEDT on 25 November 2025. During this time, you will not be able to access the site, add items to your cart, or check out.

The lock allows us to activate all promotions, offers, and inventory updates at once, ensuring a smooth and fair start to the sale for everyone.

We recommend preparing your cart ahead of time and checking out promptly once the site reopens.

Expired Offers & Product Availability
Occasionally, marketing material may still be visible after a promotion has ended or a product has sold out. While we do our best to keep all assets up to date, we are unable to honour expired offers or guarantee availability of sold out items. This includes, but is not limited to, email campaigns, paid ads, social media content, and third-party promotions.

Some products may be restocked during the sale period. If something you’re after is currently unavailable, we recommend clicking the ‘notify me’ button on the product page to register your interest. If it comes back, you’ll be the first to know.

Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of The Krumbled Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Periods
Three separate prize draws will take place throughout the Black Friday sale period. Each prize draw has its own promotion window and prize details, which will be clearly communicated via email, SMS, and/or social media.

Only orders placed within the specific date and time range for each prize promotion will be eligible for that draw.

How to Enter
No extra steps required. Every eligible order placed during a live prize promotion counts as one (1) entry.

Multiple orders = multiple entries.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn at random using an independent selection system, within 48 hours of each prize promotion ending.

Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number used at checkout.

If we don’t hear back within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

Prizes
Each prize promotion will have one (1) winner, unless otherwise stated.

Prize details, including value and description, will be announced at the start of each promotional window.

Prizes are:

If a listed prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be sent to the shipping address provided in the original order, unless otherwise arranged.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries once the prize has been dispatched.

Scam Warning
We will never DM you from unofficial accounts or ask for payment to claim a prize.

All prize communications will come from verified Mini + Me or Krumbled Group channels only.

This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any social platform.

Privacy
By placing an order during the promotional window, you consent to The Krumbled Group using your first name or social handle in winner announcements.

Your personal information will only be used to run the draw and deliver prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy
