Muscle Relief Roll On is pregnancy friendly, after consultation with your healthcare provider.
The Muscle Relief Roll on causes quite an intense cooling sensation, while it is “friendly” it is very dependent on your child, we wouldn’t recommend this on infants or toddlers purely as they will probably not like the cooling sensation!

As with any product for your skin, we recommend applying a small patch test first prior to putting on a large area of your skin.

There is no need to rinse this off, we have used ingredients that will help moisturise and nourish your skin. Wash hands after applying if you need. Avoid contact with eyes - if applying on your temples to help with a tension headache please avoid your eye area.
Our roll bottle is biodegradable (please just remove the ball part and recycle). Based on extensive testing and independent laboratory trials, this biodegradable packaging will completely deteriorate in landfill in an estimated 6-10 years. Not only will it break down all commercial packaging resins, it also leaves no microplastics behind.
