Blueberry Lemonade Collagen Gummies

You Will Need:

• 2 tbsp Blueberry Lemonade Collagen Peptides
• 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
• ½ cup water (divided)

 

How To Make It:

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cold water and set aside for 5–10 minutes to bloom.
  2. Gently heat the remaining water in a small saucepan. Add the Blueberry Lemonade Collagen Peptides and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir through the bloomed gelatin until completely smooth.
  4. Pour into silicone moulds or a lined glass dish and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Remove from moulds or slice into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

 

Notes: Lightly brush moulds with coconut oil for easy release and a glossy finish.
