You Will Need:
• 2 tbsp Blueberry Lemonade Collagen Peptides
• 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
• ½ cup water (divided)
How To Make It:
- Sprinkle the gelatin over ¼ cup cold water and set aside for 5–10 minutes to bloom.
- Gently heat the remaining water in a small saucepan. Add the Blueberry Lemonade Collagen Peptides and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir through the bloomed gelatin until completely smooth.
- Pour into silicone moulds or a lined glass dish and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
- Remove from moulds or slice into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes: Lightly brush moulds with coconut oil for easy release and a glossy finish.
