You Will Need

• 2 cups frozen blueberries

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 2 tablespoons Blueberry Lemonade Collagen Peptides

• ¼–½ cup coconut water or cold water, added gradually

• Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste


How To Make It

  1. Add the frozen blueberries, lemon juice and collagen peptides to a high-speed blender.

  2. Pour in ¼ cup coconut water or cold water.

  3. Blend until thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.

  4. Add more liquid a little at a time until you reach a soft-serve or scoopable sorbet texture.

  5. Taste and add maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter.

  6. Serve immediately for a soft, creamy texture, or freeze for 20–30 minutes for a firmer scoop.

 

Tip: For an extra citrus hit, add a little lemon zest before blending.
