Choc Cherry Rocky Road
We took your classic rocky road and gave it the Krumbled twist - think indulgent milk chocolate, marshmallows, and our iconic Choc Cherry Beauty Bites.
This recipe is ridiculously easy to throw together and makes the perfect sweet treat to stash in the fridge. Slice it up for a fuss-free afternoon tea, school holiday snack, or a no-bake dessert everyone will love.

You will need
• 200g Krumbled Foods No Added Sugar Milk Choc Buttons
• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
• 2 Choc Cherry Beauty Bites, chopped into chunks
• ½ cup Macadamias or Cashews
• ⅓ cup Coconut Flakes (toasted for extra flavour)
• 1 cup Collagen Marshmallows
• Pinch of sea salt
How to make it

Using a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl.

Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the nuts, chopped Beauty Bites, coconut and marshmallows. Add a pinch of sea salt.

Pour the mixture into a lined slice tin or loaf pan. Use the back of a spoon to spread evenly.

Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until set.

Slice into squares and enjoy. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 14 days.
Tips and variations
• For extra crunch, lightly toast the coconut flakes.
• Use any Beauty Bites flavour you love: Peanut Butter, Triple Choc or Salted Caramel all work beautifully.
