You Will Need
• 2/3 cup hulled tahini
• 2/3 cup maple syrup
• 2/3 cup almond milk
• 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 1/2 cup cacao
• 1/4 cup Krumbled Foods Chocolate Collagen Peptides
• 1 cup gluten free flour
• 1 tbsp flax meal + 2 tbsp water
• 200g Krumbled Foods No Added Sugar Chocolate Buttons
• 2 tsp baking powder
How To Make It

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a large square baking tin

Make a flax egg by combining 1 tbsp flax meal with 2 tbsp of water. Stir together and leave to set for 2 mins

In a large mixing bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla bean paste. Add flax egg to wet ingredients and stir through

Add gluten free flour, collagen powder, cacao, chocolate buttons and baking powder to wet mix and combine.

The mixture should be thick and not runny. Spoon mixture evenly and press into a baking tin.

Bake for 16 mins at 180 degrees.

Allow brownies to cool on the bench for 30 mins before cutting and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
