Here’s everything you might want to know before our biggest sale of the year goes live!

When does your Black Friday sale start and end?

The sale kicks off at 11:00am AEDT on 25 November 2025 and runs until 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025. Unless we sell out earlier (which has happened before!).

The Krumbled Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

What’s the discount?

You’ll get 25% off sitewide across all three brands: Krumbled Foods, Mini + Me, and Habitual Beauty (excluding e-gift cards and sample packs).

Do I need a discount code?

Nope! All discounts are automatically applied at checkout during the sale period.

Can I load up my cart early?

Absolutely. We recommend adding your must-haves to cart before the sale starts.

Please note items aren’t reserved and may sell out quickly at launch. Checkout fast to avoid missing out.

Can I use other promo codes or offers?

This offer can’t be combined with other discounts, but approved affiliate codes will still work.

What if my item sells out before I check out?

Some products may sell out fast. While we may restock during the sale, we can’t guarantee it! So we always recommend getting in early to secure your favourites. Prepare your cart ahead of time and check out as soon as the sale goes live.

Can I change my order after purchase?

Please double-check your shipping address and order details. Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, we are unable to amend, cancel, or combine orders once placed.

If an incorrect address or product is entered, and the order has already been processed, we are unable to make any edits.

We are not liable for lost or delayed deliveries. In this case, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

How long will shipping take?

Due to high demand, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery.

Can I return sale items?

Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies. See our refund policy for full details.

Where are the sample packs?

Our sample packs are temporarily removed during major sales. A discount is already worked into the price year-round, and they take a little longer for us to produce and pack.

To keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes, they’ll be back once the sale ends.

Can I get the discount applied to a previous order?

Discounts are only valid during the live sale window. We’re unable to apply discounts or offer refunds for orders placed before or after the sale period.

How long will shipping take?

Please expect delays during peak sale periods due to increased order volumes. While we strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, extended processing and delivery times may occur.

I forgot to add something. Can I add to my order?

Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, we are unable to amend, cancel, or combine orders once placed.

I contacted Customer Service, when will I hear back?

Our small but mighty team will be working hard to get back to every enquiry during BFCM. Due to the increased volume, please allow extra time for a response.

When will the website be locked?

To prepare for the Black Friday sale launch, our website will be temporarily locked at 9:00am AEDT on 25 November 2025. During this time, you will not be able to access the site, add items to your cart, or check out.

The lock allows us to activate all promotions, offers, and inventory updates at once, ensuring a smooth and fair start to the sale for everyone.

We recommend preparing your cart ahead of time and checking out promptly once the site reopens.

The free gift isn't adding to my cart?

If your order processes after allocation has been exhausted, the gift will not be included and we won’t be able to offer a replacement. We really appreciate your understanding and recommend checking out early to avoid missing out.
