Chocolate Collagen Yogurt Bark

Think of this as a chocolate bark meets frozen yoghurt moment - creamy, sweet and just a little bit indulgent. With a hit of chocolate collagen and fresh berries, it makes the perfect better-for-you treat to keep in the freezer.

 

You Will Need:

• 2 heaped tablespoons of Chocolate Collagen Peptides
• 1 bowl of plain Greek yoghurt

Toppings

• Flaked almonds
Krumbled Foods No Added Sugar Milk Chocolate Buttons (melted or chopped)

 

How To Make It:

  1. Stir the Chocolate Collagen Peptides through the Greek yoghurt until fully combined.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and pour in the yoghurt mixture.
  3. Top with flaked almonds and chocolate buttons.
  4. Freeze (or refrigerate) for at least 3 hours until set.
  5. Once set, slice into pieces for a nourishing snack anytime.
