These choc banana muffins are a naturally sweet, no added sugar snack that’s gluten and dairy free. Packed with melty Krumbled No Added Sugar Milk Choc Buttons, they’re perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon treats, or a feel-good bite anytime.
Recipe makes 6 extra large muffins or 12 regular
You Will Need:
• 2 over-ripe bananas
• 2 large eggs
• 2 TBSP maple syrup
• 1 TBSP melted coconut oil
• 1 TBSP olive oil
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups almond meal
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 100g Krumbled Foods No Added Sugar Milk Chocolate Buttons
How To Make It:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

In a medium mixing bowl, mash overripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Mix in eggs, maple syrup, coconut and olive oils until well combined.

Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Evenly spoon mixture into lined or greased muffin tins and bake. If you are making extra large muffins (6 tray) , bake for 25 mins. If you are making regular size muffins, bake for 15-20 mins.

Allow muffins to cool before eating and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
