⢠2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
⢠3 tbsp milk
⢠2 tbsp spelt or wholemeal flour
⢠1 tbsp coconut sugar (+ 1tbsp for sprinkling on top)Ā
⢠1 tbsp Krumbled Foods Magnesium Hot Chocolate (+ 1 tbsp for sprinkling on top)*
⢠1/2 tsp baking powderĀ

How to make it:

Add all ingredients to a small ramekin and combine.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp coconut sugar sugar and 1 tbsp mag hot choc on top of pudding mix. Slowly pour 1/4 cup boiling water to the top of mixture

Cook at 160 degrees for 12mins in the air fryer or 10 minutes in a preheated oven.Ā
