Hot Choc Self Saucing Pudding

This rich, self-saucing pudding turns your nightly magnesium hot chocolate into a decadent, melt-in-the-middle dessert. It’s warm, gooey, and ready in minutes. Perfect for those evenings when you’re craving something cosy but still nourishing.

 

You will need: 

Serves 1

• 2 tbs unsalted butter, melted

• 3 tbsp milk

• 2 tbsp spelt or wholemeal flour

• 1 tbsp coconut sugar (+ 1tbsp for sprinkling on top) 

• 1 tbsp Krumbled Foods Magnesium Hot Chocolate (+ 1tbsp for sprinkling on top)*

• 1/2 tsp baking powder 

 

How to make it:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small ramekin and combine.

  2. Sprinkle 1tbsp coconut sugar sugar and 1bsp mag hot choc on top of pudding mix. Slowly pour 1/4 cup boiling water to the top of mixture

  3. Cook at 160 degrees for 12mins in the air fryer or 10 minutes in a preheated oven. 

 

*One serve of this recipe provides the equivalent of one serve of Krumbled Foods Magnesium Hot Chocolate.
