Magnesium Choc Bliss Balls

You will need:

• 10 large medjool dates, soaked and pitted

• 45g coconut oil, melted

• 2 tbsp maple syrupĀ 

• 2 tbsp Magnesium Hot Chocolate

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 100g desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)

• 1 cup raw almonds

How to make it:

  1. Soak medjool dates in boiling water for 5 minutes.Ā 

  2. Meanwhile, in a food processor, add almonds and pulse until broken into small pieces.Set aside in a bowl.

  3. Pit soaked dates and blend in a food processor to make a date paste.

  4. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, magnesium hot chocolate, chia seeds, chopped almonds and coconut to the food processor.

  5. Mix on low to medium speed until well combined.

  6. Chill mixture in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before rolling.

  7. Roll into 10 evenly sized balls (or make 20 mini bliss balls)
