Makes: 18 balls | Prep Time: 15–20 minutes
You will need:
• 4 medjool dates, soaked and pitted
• 150g date water (reserved from soaking)
• 30g Magnesium Hot Chocolate
• 1–2 tbsp chia seeds
• 100g desiccated coconut (+ extra for rolling)
• 100g raw almonds
• 40g almond meal
• 50ml coconut milk
How to make it:

Soak medjool dates in boiling water for 5 minutes. Once softened, remove dates and reserve 150g of the soaking water.

In a food processor, add all dry ingredients and pulse for 20 seconds until well combined.

Add soaked dates, reserved date water and coconut milk to the processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.

Roll mixture into 18 bite sized balls and coat in extra desiccated coconut.

Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Store in the fridge for 3–5 days or freeze for up to 3 months for a ready-to-go snack whenever you need it.
