Magnesium Hot Chocolate Chia Pudding

You will need

Makes 4 generous serves

• 2 cans coconut cream
• ¼ cup Krumbled Foods Magnesium Hot Chocolate
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• ½ cup chia seeds

 

How to make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl or jug.

  2. Use a stick blender to blend until smooth. This is the secret to a creamy, mousse-like texture.

  3. Pour into individual jars or bowls and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. When ready to serve, top with peanut butter, crushed peanuts, fresh raspberries – or all three.
