These magnesium peanut butter cups are the ultimate better-for-you treat. Creamy, salty-sweet centres wrapped in a rich, no added sugar chocolate shell. Perfect for keeping in the freezer when a chocolate craving hits, they feel indulgent but sneak in some calm-supporting goodness too.
You will need:

• 200g Krumbled Foods No Added Sugar Milk Chocolate Buttons
• 2 tbsp Krumbled Foods Magnesium Hot Chocolate *
• 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
How to make it:

Melt chocolate buttons using the double-boiler method until runny.

Stir in the magnesium hot chocolate powder until fully combined.

Add 2 tbsp of coconut oil to the chocolate mixture (it will thicken once magnesium powder is added).

Line a muffin tray with paper cases.

Spoon 1 tbsp melted chocolate into each case, swirling to coat the base and sides.

Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until set.

Mix the peanut butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and maple syrup in a small bowl until smooth.

Add 1 tbsp of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate shell.

Return to the freezer for another 10 minutes.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to cover.

Chill in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour, or until completely set.
