It’s been awhile since you’ve heard from me properly, but a new product launch is as good an excuse as any. As you know, Krumbled Foods started with a simple mission, to support beauty from within. Our collagen and beauty focused nutritional products have been our focus for many years now with Beauty Bites and Collagen Peptides. 

As life evolves, so do our needs and we recognise that you need more than just skin-deep solutions - because so do I. Health isn’t one-dimensional, it’s about balancing beauty, energy, digestion, and recovery in one simple routine. It’s about making your life easier so you can enjoy all of the big moments, and feel better during the in-between moments too.

Now let me explain why! As a mum of two young children still very much in the depths of sleep deprivation, and also as someone understanding a recent AuDHD diagnosis - over the past few years I have really struggled to switch off at night. Once the kids were finally asleep, I’d do some work and then doom scroll for hours and hours even though I knew it was bad for me. I needed sleep and quality sleep!
