These fruity Hydramama gummies are a fun and tasty way to boost hydration - especially when kids (or grown-ups) need something more exciting than a sip. They’re gentle on little tummies, easy to prep in bulk and can be made with any flavour you love, from Cola to Watermelon + Lime, Peach Iced Tea or Tropical.
You will need:
• 2 sachets of your chosen Hydramama flavour
• 3 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
• 250ml cold water
• 200ml boiling water
How to make them:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gelatin and Hydramama with the cold water. Stir with a fork until smooth.
- Pour in the boiling water and mix again until fully dissolved.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone moulds (our EOFY mixed fruit ice cube moulds work perfectly) or a lined dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Pop out of the moulds and enjoy a yummy hydration helper any time of day.
