Achieving your daily hydration goals can be hard when plain water just doesn't cut it. Support your intake by filling your cup with something extra delicious.

Magnesium

Magnesium is necessary for normal electrolyte balance and normal nerve and muscle function. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C contributes to normal immune system function, energy metabolism, and the formation of connective tissue. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6

How to use

Mix one sachet into 250–500mL of cold water and stir well. Adjust the water volume to suit your taste. More water for a lighter flavour, less for something stronger. Best served chilled or over ice.

Your sachet doesn’t have to stop at the water bottle. Mix Hydramama® into water and pour it into ice block moulds for hot days, blend it with ice for a chilled drink, or turn it into homemade gummies for a little lunchbox fun. Same delicious flavour, with a few new tricks.

How many can I have in a day?

Up to 4 sachets per day. If you have any questions about what's right for you, speak to your healthcare professional, particularly during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you're taking other supplements or medication.
