BREAKFAST ON THE GO
We've all heard it over and over again, but how many of us actually make our breakfast the night before?
Our fav is overnight chia pudding, made in 5 minutes and is so so soooo delicious.
1/2 cup chia, 1 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tblspn vanilla
CURRY IN A HURRY
If you are like us and love curries and sometimes you get the courage to make one from scratch. Triple that recipe and freeze the paste, making your curry in a hurry in under 30 minutes.
REMINDERS OF FITNESS
We are on day 59 of our fitness reminder challenge!
Set a reminder in your phone each morning, jump out of bed and start your day off with a movement (max 5 minutes)
Tip: Start with 5 lady push ups, add one on every day. You'll impress yourself. Trust us, we did!!
